GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Senior midfielder Mark Rougas (SR/Geneva, Ill.) took a pass from Diego Bobadilla (SR/Holland, Mich.) late in the first half and put it by the MU keeper and it was the lone goal of the match as Cornerstone handed Madonna their first loss of the season. The Golden Eagles are 5-5-1 overall with the victory and improve to 3-0-1 in WHAC play. CU will play host to No. 6 Northwestern Ohio on Saturday at 3 p.m.
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The Cornerstone men's soccer team will play four consecutive matches on their home pitch starting Wednesday when they welcome Madonna University, who is receiving votes in the national poll for a 3:30 p.m. start. The home stretch gets tougher on Saturday when NAIA No. 6 Northwestern Ohio makes a visit for a 3 p.m. kick. Both matches will be streamed live on the Golden Eagle Sports Network.
ANN ARBOR, Mich. – The men's soccer team is coming home to start a four-match home stand and it comes on the heels of a 4-0 victory over Concordia on Saturday evening. Cornerstone got two goals each from Kevin Nimmo (SO/Livonia, Mich.) and Ryan Briggs (SR/Muskegon, Mich.) as they improve to 4-5-1 overall and 2-0-1 in the WHAC. CU will start the home-stretch against #RV Madonna on Wednesday at 3:30 p.m.

CU got goals from Diego Bobadilla (SR/Holland, Mich.) and Kevin Nimmo (SO/Livonia, Mich.) as they now sit at 3-5-1 overall and 1-0-1 in conference play. Cornerstone will head to Concordia on Saturday.
