ADRIAN, Mich. – Sophomore Cory Cox (SO/Flushing, Mich.) posted a career high 27 points while freshman Kyle Steigenga (FR/Holland, Mich.) had a double-double with 19 points and 13 rebounds as the duo led the Golden Eagles to a 93-79 road win at Siena Heights. The loss is the first of the year for the Saints in conference play while CU improves to 6-2 overall and 3-1 in the WHAC. Cornerstone will participate in the GR Sports Hall of Fame Classic this weekend at Aquinas beginning Friday against Hope.

The loss is the first of the year for Cornerstone in league play as they fall to 5-2 overall and 2-1 in the WHAC. CU will look to rebound on Tuesday when they travel to Siena Heights for an 8 p.m. matchup with the Saints.

The win is the second in a row for CU as they improve to 5-1 overall and 2-0 in the WHAC. Cornerstone will begin a 2-game WHAC road trip on Saturday when they face Northwestern Ohio at 3 p.m. in Lima.
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – One of the top offenses in the country will meet the top defense as No. 11 Cornerstone hosts Lourdes University on Wednesday inside Mol Arena. The Golden Eagles and Gray Wolves each have identical 4-1 overall records and are both 1-0 in league play. Tip is set for 7:30 p.m. as Andy Smith and Kyle Mills will have the call on the Golden Eagle Sports Network.
