As a freshman – Started in 8 and played in 18 games. Scored 1 goal and had 1 assist. Named 2^nd Team All-WHAC.

High School - Kate played soccer at Wheaton North H.S. in Wheaton, Ill. She was the team's leading scorer in 2010. Kate is also a very good student and was a member of the Gold Honor Roll every semester in H.S. She was in the top 5% of her class and was a National Merit Scholarship Program Letter of Commendation recipient. She was a member of the Spanish Honor Society and National Honor Society. She was also a member of her youth group at Glen Ellyn Bible Church and served on the Leadership Team at her church.

Personal: Kate is the daughter of Dave & Colleen Wiegman of Wheaton, Ill.
