2010 Women's Volleyball
Promotional Schedule
A UNIQUE SEASON: Seven home games and seven charities. Cornerstone University volleyball would like to announce, "Charity Home Games." This season Cornerstone volleyball will dedicate seven home matches to seven local charities. The charities include: The Other Way Ministries, Van Andel Institute, Mel Trotter Ministries, Alpha Women's Center, Pregnancy Resource Center, Guiding Light Mission, and Gilda's Club. The admission fee will be a 100% donation to the charity of the night!
Theme Nights: There will also be a theme for each match. To support Cornerstone volleyball, fans are encouraged to dress the theme. The 2010 themes are: Camouflage, Purple, 80s, Hawaiian, Super Hero, Sports Jersey, and Country Night.
FREE Pre-Game and Post-Game Events: New for the 2010 season is a FREE pre-game or post-game event. The 2010 events include: a George Moss concert, youth basketball clinic, youth carnival, youth volleyball serving clinic, youth PE "field day" and a country line dance.
Opening Serve: Also, new this season is the Cornerstone volleyball "Opening Serve" which includes local celebrities such as: Dr. Joe Stowell, WoodTV8's Maranda, and eightWest's Terri DeBoer. Come early for a chance to catch a volleyball!

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 14th vs. Concordia University - 7:00pm

THEME: Camouflage Night (Dress in camouflage gear to support CU volleyball!)
FREE HANDOUT: Camo helmet
PRE-GAME EVENT: FREE youth basketball clinic hosted by the CU basketball teams at 6:00pm!

THEME: Purple Night (Wear purple to support cancer survivors!)

PRE-GAME EVENT: FREE youth carnival hosted by the CU education program at 6:00pm!

THEME: 80s Night (Dress in 80s clothing to support CU volleyball!)

SPECIAL NOTES: High school volleyball teams and youth groups are encouraged to attend this game! This will be the Cornerstone University homecoming match. The CU volleyball alumni game will be in the field house during the concert. Also, expect a large crowd, so come early for a seat!
