GAME FLOW

Cornerstone faced a tough Lourdes team tonight and the Gray Wolves came into Mol Arena and walked off with a 67-58 Quarterfinal win over the Golden Eagles. Cornerstone never led for the first 10:44 of play tonight. Wes Hudson hit a 3-pointer with 9:16 left in the first half to give Cornerstone their first lead. The Golden Eagles maintained the lead for the remainder of the half and went into the locker room up 32-26. Lourdes scored the first six points of the second half to tie the score at 32-32 with 18:56 left in the game. They tied again at 36-36 with 16:22 on the clock but they would not trail for the rest of the night. The Gray Wolves led by 10 numerous times down the stretch and pushed the lead to 12 (67-55) with :09 seconds remaining. Wes Hudson made the first 3-pointer of the 2^nd half with just :03 left on the clock. Lourdes will advance to play Concordia (79-65 winner over Madonna) on Saturday. Davenport will host Indiana Tech on Saturday in the other Semifinal.
