The Golden Eagles started hot and finished hot today. They outscored the Lancers 29-15 in the first 10:51 then outscored them 17-7 over the last 8:04 to finish the game. Cornerstone shot out to a 20-10 lead early in the game and built as much as a 14 point (29-15) lead with 9:09 on the clock but the Lancers would battle back and would cut the lead to 40-36 at the half. University of Windsor would tie the game at 42-42 with 18:09 left in the 2^nd half and they would keep the lead in single digits for most of the half. The cut the lead back to 2 points 64-62 at 8:04.
