Cornerstone University and head baseball coach David Mitroff are excited to announce the signing of Harry Karlsen, a catcher from Highlands Christian Academy in Pompano Beach, Florida.

When asked about Cornerstone University, Harry said, "Cornerstone is an amazing place. As soon as I set foot on campus, I knew that Cornerstone is where I wanted to be. I met many great people who helped make my decision very easy. I am one of new found faith as my high school coach, Bruce Charlebois, guided me and helped me accept the Lord into my life. I plan to follow the Lord in the path that he has for me and honor him with every game I play."

Coach Mitroff said, "Harry Karlsen is a tremendously strong catcher. Harry, who we affectionately call Gator because of his favorite hunting activity in the everglades, swings a powerful bat. We project him as one of our immediate impact players as we launch our program. Harry loves the Lord and we have already seen how much he cares about his teammates during his on-campus visit at CU."
