Wes Hudson played an all-around game in a win for Cornerstone to earn the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) Men's Basketball Player of the Week.
The sophomore from Wayland, Mich. was 8-for-16 from the field and perfect in six tries from the free throw line for 26 points as Cornerstone defeated Grace Bible (Ind.) 80-70. Hudson had seven rebounds, five assists, and two steals. The guard, from Wayland, Mich., is averaging 17 points per game and ranks sixth nationally in free throw percentage with 88.5%.

Cornerstone improved to 8-6 overall with a recent win over Huntington (Ind.), Hudson recorded 19 points in the win, and is currently third in the conference with a 3-1 league record. The Golden Eagles take a break before traveling to Palm Beach Florida to play in the Northwood Univ. tournament.  They will play Windsor on Dec. 29th at 5pm and then Spring Arbor on the 30th at 5pm.  g
