GAME FLOW

The game was very close for most of the night. Cornerstone's largest lead was 10 (80-70) which came at the very end of the game. The first half featured seven lead changes and four ties. Grace Bible's largest lead of the half was four points (22-18) with 11:42 left in the half. Cornerstone scored the next eight points to take a 26-22 lead with 8:30 on the clock. Grace would cut it to two (28-26) but the Golden Eagles outscored the Tigers 7-1 in the next four minutes to go up 25-27. Grace did respond to cut the lead to 39-36 at the half. The second half was much the same although Grace Bible never recaptured the lead. The Tigers cut the lead to one on two occasions (43-42 with 16:49 left) and (55-54 with 8:21 remaining) but the Golden Eagles always responded to the challenge and they began to extend the lead slowly through the remainder of the game to finish with an 80-70 victory.
