(Marion, Ind.) Nicki Erler followed up last year's All-American performance with another All-American performance this year. Erler finished 6th overall with a time of 3:18.10.90 in the Marathon this morning to earn Cornerstone 3 more points on the day. Wendy O'Lexey from Black Hills State won the event in 2:57.59.01. Cornerstone was in 10th place with 16 points after the Marathon. Kay-de Vaughn finished 13th overall in the High Jump clearing 5-3 on the day. Andi Ripley was the last competitor of the day for the Golden Eagles and she finished 10th in the 1500 Meter Run with a time of 4:46.38. Cornerstone would finish the Championships with 16 points and in 21st place overall.
Azusa Pacific (Calf.) edged out Oklahoma Baptist for the title by one point. APU had 61 points while OBU had 60 points at the 2010 Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
