The Golden Eagles traveled down to Ohio to take on Malone College today and the Golden Eagles came away with a 2-1 victory over the Pioneers.  Cornerstone got on the board first when Jacob Stanko netted his first goal of the season on an assist from Brian Nimmo in the 40th minute of the first half.  The Pioneers tied the score at 1-1 just 2 minutes into the second half.  The game remained tied until Brian Nimmo  headed a Jordan Wilson cross into the net with 72:38 on the clock for the game winner.  The Golden Eagles outshot the Pioneers 17-16 for the game.  Cornerstone improves to 2-2 on the season.  The Golden Eagles will take on Walsh University tomorrow at 3:00 p.m.
