Playing in the Judson Invitational the Golden Eagles defeated Grinnell College 3-0 (25-8, 25-18, 25-22).  Four players had six or more kills for the balanced attack of the Golden Eagles.  Kim Weaver dished out 26 assists.  Abby Miedema led the team with 8 digs while Libby Webber had a team high 2 blocks. 

The Golden Eagles defeated Clarke University in the night-cap of the tournament and won decisively 3-0 (25-18, 25-19, 25-15).  Leaders and stats to be posted tomorrow.  Cornerstone will play Judson and Missouri Valley on Saturday Sept. 3.
