SILVIS, Ill.-After qualifying for the final round at the NAIA national tournament Ben Vanbiesbrouck
represented the Golden Eagles against the NAIA's best. Vanbiesbrouck birdied the 9th
holes at the Deere Run golf course and finished the 4th
round with a 78. He scored a 302 (+18) over the four rounds to finish tied for 42nd

Oklahoma Christian, led by Oscar Stark, held a large lead entering the fourth round, there wasn't much late drama.
Even the weather cooperated as the teams finally played on schedule for the first time all week as Oklahoma Christian and Stark cruised to National titles.
The Eagles held a 23-shot lead entering Friday's play and were never threatened in winning their second team championship in the last three years, all played at TPC Deere Run. After setting the pace with an opening round three-under-par 281, Oklahoma Christian added rounds of 293, 283 and 293 to finish with an 1150 total, 22 shots better than the field.
