Cornerstone University welcomes Jenna Langeland to the Women's Soccer Program. Jenna Langeland from Spring Lake, Mich. has signed a letter of intent to play soccer at Cornerstone beginning in the fall of 2011.

Jenna will be transferring from Trinity Christian in Ill. to begin playing in the Fall of 2011. Jenna played one year at Trinity Christan. Jenna graduated from Western Michigan Christian in 2010. She was an All-Conference and All-District player at WMC.

Jenna was very involved at her church throughout high school years. She helped with children's ministries, served as a student ambassador for 2 years and led a small group as a senior. She participated in various missions trips over that time.

"I think that Jenna is a great fit for our team. She improved a lot in her time at college and I think that she will be able to come in and contribute right away. Just having that one year of college under her belt will make a difference. I know that she will also be a good teammate."

Why she chose Cornerstone

"I have chosen to come to Cornerstone and play on the Women's Soccer Team because I enjoy playing soccer and Cornerstone has given me the opportunity to continuing playing a sport that I have loved and enjoyed playing for so many years. I am also excited that I can play soccer at a college that is Christ-centered and can be at place where I can grow in my faith, through playing soccer as well as other areas of my life. I am looking forward to being a part of the Women's Soccer Team at Cornerstone."
