(Adrian, Mich.) The Golden Eagles went to Siena Heights atop the WHAC standing with a 2-0 record. Cornerstone gave up 8 runs in the bottom of the 4^th inning and never really got back into the game as they lost 8-3. Melanie Creager went 2 for 3 and scored a run to lead the Golden Eagles. Madison Bucilla took the loss on the mound for the Golden Eagles. Cornerstone drops to 5-17 overall and 2-1 in the WHAC.

Cornerstone bounced back in Game 2 with a 9-6 victory. Melanie Creager went 2 for 4 with 4 RBI's and a run scored to lead the Golden Eagles. Jessica Kuhlman went 2 for 3 with 2 RBI's and 2 runs scored. Madison Bucilla and Rachel Gruppen both had RBI's for the Golden Eagles. Kaycee Kuiper picked up the win for the Golden Eagles and Cornerstone improved to 6-17 overall and 3-1 in WHAC play. Cornerstone will return to action on April 9^th when they host league leader Madonna.
