(Dearborn, Mich.) The Cornerstone volleyball team improved to .500 in the WHAC (5-5) with a 3-0 win over UM-Dearborn. CU won the first set 25-20 and then hit an impressive .778 in the second set to win 25-12. They went on to win the third 25-22. Holly Cousins led the team with 11 kills on 21 attempts (.524). Marcie Blacquiere dished out 32 assists, Kayla Wilson was the dig leader with 13. The Cornerstone defense had 6 team blocks and 54 digs to UMD's 38 digs and 7 team blocks. Cornerstone travels to #17 Madonna on Thursday, October 22.
