Cornerstone University welcomes Kristen Dykstra to the Women's Soccer program.  Kristen Dykstra from Dorr, Mich. has signed a letter of intent to play soccer at Cornerstone beginning in the fall of 2013. 

Kristen attends Hopkins High School in Hopkins, Mich.  Kristen has played varsity soccer all four years at Hopkins.  She was voted All-Conference, All-District, All-Region, and Honorable Mention All-State in soccer.

Kristen has also done very well in the classroom. She was on the Honor Roll each semester.  She was a member of the National Honors Society.  She was voted Student of the Month.  She was also active with her church group.

"I am excited Kristen is going to be joining us.  I think that she is a diamond in the rough.  She really has a good understanding of the game and I think that she will improve a lot from the time she gets here."

"I love soccer and I want to be around people that feel the same and will show their Christian faith on and off the field by their positive attitude and sportsmanship."
