The Golden Eagles' offensive was led by catcher Zach Harbison and center-fielder Tyler Krahn connecting for two hits, going 2-for-4 during game one.  Left-fielder Travis Gordon and Harbison scored the two runs for Cornerstone while right-fielder Tom Enslen tallied the lone RBI for the Golden Eagles.  As a team Cornerstone connected on nine hits and made two errors defensively.

During the second game, Ryan Harris (3-1) started on the mound for Cornerstone.  The freshman pitched 5 1/3 innings and dropped his first game of the season.  The righty gave up one unearned and two earned runs on four hits with eight walks and four strikeouts.

During the fifth inning, Justin Geerts came on to relieve Harris to finish the final 1 2/3 innings for the Golden Eagles.  Geerts allowed zero runs with zero hits while striking out two batters.

Cornerstone was unable to get on the scoreboard and tallied only two hits during game two.  Defensively, the Golden Eagles played better than game one with zero errors.  Bohl and Gordon were the lone Cornerstone players who tallied hits during the second game.
