The Golden Eagles shot 50.0% (16-32) from the field in the second half which included a red hot 8-13 from long range as they rallied from 4 points down in the first half to defeat the Tigers.

GAME FLOW

The Golden Eagles made a 7-0 run to start the first half of play but the Tigers responded with a 7-0 run to tie the score at 16:37.  Cornerstone would make a 14-9 run over the next six minutes of play to take a 21-16 lead with 10:55 left on the clock.  The two teams battled back and forth over the next eight minutes with both teams taking leads at various points to go along with 5 ties.  The two teams were tied at 30-30 with 3:33 left in the half.  The Tigers outscored the Golden Eagles 10-6 to finish the half with a 40-36 lead.  Cornerstone came out right away and erased the Tigers lead in the first two minutes of the second half.  The teams went back and forth for a little while until Cornerstone sank three straight 3-pointers to get a small cushion which they rode out through the remainder of the second half as they finished with an 85-75 win over Grace Bible.  Wes Hudson scored 17 points to join the 1000 point club.  Hudson now has 1009 points as a Golden Eagle.
