GAME FLOW

Davenport took an early lead but the Golden Eagles kept it close thought the first five minutes of play.  Cornerstone took their first lead (12-11) at 14:19 on a Ty Mason 3-pointer.  The game went back and forth over the next 12 minutes with the teams tying 8 times the last of which was at 34-34 with :53 seconds left in the half.  The Panthers score the last 5 point to make it 39-34 at the half.  The Panthers pulled away at the start of the second half to take a 58-44 lead with 15:34 left in the game but the Golden Eagles would hang tough and would cut into the Panthers lead as the clock ran down.  Jake Plite cut the lead to 89-85 with :25 second on the clock with a jumper but that would be the last time Cornerstone would score.  Davenport added a couple of free throws down the stretch to finish the game with a 91-85 win over Cornerstone.
