Today, Cornerstone athletics continues its volleyball feature; "Spiking it with …" Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday during the season, fans will have an opportunity to get to know the Golden Eagles a bit better through a question-and-answer session. Today, the series continues with junior outside hitter, Abby Miedema.
Miedema, a native from Hudsonville, has played in 18 of the 19 matches with 67 sets played in the 2012 season for head coach Ryan Campbell. Miedema tallied a season-high 12 kills against Lawrence Tech on September 22. The junior is also ranked 30th nationally in Digs per Game (5.030).
