Coach Elders on Moreland: "Shane is a talented player with the ability to score in multiple ways. He's very crafty and is an excellent passer. Shane makes the other players better when he's on the floor. He has a very high basketball IQ and is an unselfish player. Shane is solid defender and has a knack for coming up with steals and loose balls. We're excited to have him in our program."
Moreland on why he chose Cornerstone: "I'm looking forward to playing for Coach Elders and being part of his championship legacy at Cornerstone. My goal is to become the best person and player that I can be. I want to help lead the team back to the National Tournament with a chance to win another championship. Graduating with a degree from CU will be an accomplishment that will be with me forever as I continue down the path that God has created for me. I'm excited for next year to begin."
Shane is the son of Steve and Lori Moreland.
