Cornerstone University welcomes Rachel Schutter to the Women's Soccer Program. Rachel Schutter from Hudsonville, Mich. has signed a letter of intent to play soccer at Cornerstone beginning in the fall of 2012.

Schutter attends Hudsonville High School in Hudsonville, Mich. Rachel was an All-District and All-Region player in 2010. Rachel also excelled in Cross Country as a four year runner for varsity. She was voted team captain in both 2010 and 2011.

Rachel also did well in school. She was a Renaissance Gold member and received the Hudsonville Excellence in Vocal Music Award. She has been very active in her church and been on various missions trips.

"Rachel is a good athlete and she works very hard. I love her intensity and tenacity that she shows in the game. I think that she is going to be a player that will develop a lot over her time at Cornerstone because she is very coachable.
