Cornerstone University welcomes Charlene Kehoe to the Women's Soccer Program. Charlene Kehoe from Belding, Mich. has signed a letter of intent to play soccer at Cornerstone beginning in the fall of 2012.
Charlene attends Belding High School in Belding, Mich. Charlene has been a 3 year starter on the varsity soccer team. She was All-District as a sophomore. She was selected to the Ionia Country Dream Team as a junior and served as a captain as a junior and is captain as a senior. She was also captain for her club team this past season.
"Charlene will be a nice addition to our team. She has done very well in high school. I think that she will work very hard and has a lot of potential to grow as a player. I know that she is the kind of person I want on my team."
Why she chose Cornerstone
"I have chosen Cornerstone due to the amazing environment, and Christian atmosphere that the University displays. I also felt very welcomed by the soccer team and coaching staff when I visited. I felt as if God was present throughout the entire college from the class rooms to the athletic fields and events."
Charlene is the daughter of Mike and Lynn Kehoe of Belding, Mich. and is pictured with her mother.
