Cornerstone University welcomes Kirsten Kamphuis to the Women's Basketball program. Kirsten Kamphuis is from El Paso Illinois and has signed a letter of intent to play basketball at Cornerstone beginning in the fall of 2012.

Kirsten attends Calvary Christian Academy in Normal Ill. where she was a 4 time all conference performer. She is the all-time scoring leader at Calvary Baptist with 1,722 career points. Kamphuis averaged 28ppg and 8rpg her senior year and 22 points her junior year. She also holds the school record for most points scored in a game with 42. 

In addition to basketball, Kamphuis also was a volleyball and soccer stand-out at Calvary Christian. She is an outstanding student who carries a 3.93 G.P.A.
