The Golden Eagles out rebounded the Warriors 38-23 including 12-5 on the offensive boards.  Cornerstone also outscored Indiana Tech  40-26 in the paint.

GAME FLOW

Indiana Tech made a 13-4 run to start the game so the Golden Eagles had to play from behind from early on.  Cornerstone scored six straight points to draw within three (13-10) at 13:00.  The Warriors responded immediately with a 10-2 run over the next 1:40 to go up 23-12.  The Golden Eagles then made a 21-9 run to take their first lead of the night at 33-32.  Tech outscored Cornerstone 10-5 to close out the half with a 42-38 lead.   The second half was very tightly contested with both teams taking the lead on multiple occasions.  Cornerstone took their first lead (45-44) of the second half at 17:03.  The teams traded baskets and the lead before Cornerstone took the lead at 15:22 and kept the lead until 6:53 left in the half.  Wes Hudson made two foul shots at 5:12 to put Cornerstone up 66-44.  Tech made a 3-pointer at 4:03 to reclaim the lead.  Derek Kingshott put the Golden Eagles back up (68-67) at 3:54 but the Warriors reclaimed the lead :27 second later.  Wes Hudson  the put CU up for good with 3:00 left as they went on to win 74-69.
