Early in the first half, UNOH had an early 3-2 lead over Cornerstone.  However, the lead would end up being the only lead for the Racers on the day.  The Golden Eagles went on a 11-2 run finding themselves ahead by eight points which was highlighted by Robyn Veltkamp's seven points.  The Racers chipped their way back into the game trailing by one point, 19-18, to the Golden Eagles with 11 minutes left in the first half.  Cornerstone pushed their lead over UNOH heading into the half with a 39-27 lead.  For the first half, Veltkamp notched 19 of her 31 points while Henderickson tallied nine points and seven rebounds.

During the second half, Cornerstone led by as many as 10 points over the Racers but UNOH was not going to go away easily.  With 7:38 on the clock, the Golden Eagles held a one point lead.  Junior Katelyn Cousins took control of the game for Cornerstone nailing two three-point shots and converting on an old fashion three-point play with four minutes left in the game.  Cornerstone did not look back and rode to a 76-63 victory.

With the victory, Cornerstone improves to 4-2 overall and 1-0 during conference play as they prepare for Tuesday night's key game against No. 7 Davenport University.  The Racers fall to 1-4 overall and 0-1 during conference play.
